David Perry is an assistant professor of history at Dominican University, new as of 2007-08. He is a specialist in medieval Mediterranean history, with a particular focus on Venice and the Crusades. Both his teaching and his scholarship examine cross-cultural contact and conflict, particularly in the medieval and early modern Mediterranean world. Click here for his homepage.
