Information for non-Roosevelt patrons

Since the library is part of an academic institution, priority is given to Roosevelt students and faculty. Non-Roosevelt patrons are defined as those who are not: Borrowing privileges
Members of the community are welcome to use the library's collection in-house. However, Roosevelt students and faculty have priority use of headphones, listening equipment, study rooms, and computers. Non-RU patrons do not have borrowing privileges.
Computer use
Before using a computer, you must sign in at the circulation desk and present an ID (drivers license or state ID, etc.) Non-RU patrons may use only the two machines that are closest to the circulation desk. If both PCs are in use, than you must wait until one of these is free. You are limited to one hour of use and five pages of printing. If the lab is full and a student needs a computer, you may be asked to leave. Please cooperate with the staff.
Use of study rooms/listening equipment
You may use the study rooms and listening equipment of there are no students waiting for them. You will be asked for your ID. Again, use is limited to one hour.
