A Crack in the Line
by Michael Lawrence

Alaric and Naia have the same parents, were born at the same time, and live in the same room,
but they do not know that each other exists. In the two years following the death of his mother,
Alaric’s life has gotten steadily worse. Naia is living a life identical to his, except that her mother survived.
By accident, Alaric discovers the alternate reality. Confused, but desperately wanting to spend time
with the mother he so misses, Alaric travels between realities. Naia joins in, and between them
they uncover more questions than answers.
