| The Library of Congress Working Group on the Future of Bibliographic Control ( available here in PDF) states that the library "community is at a critical juncture in the evolution of bibliographic control and information access/provision." It argues that the LOC is not a national library and has not been mandated to continue to create bibliographic control. |
